Terms of Service for our Programme

Our Commitment to You: We hereby provide you with complete individual access to our training programme for the agreed duration, referred to as 'Coretta Coaching & Consultancy. Additionally, you will receive an extra four weeks of group or 1-2-1 coaching (depending on the programme). During your enrollment, you will have access to the coaching programme, group calls (if applicable), support, Facebook groups (if applicable), and other resources until your graduation date. Upon meeting the training requirements and submitting your programme worksheets by the graduation date, we assure you continued assistance in creating a detailed plan to achieve your goals during 1-2-1 and/or group sessions, provided you adhere to our advice and practices. You will have lifelong access to the online training portal (if applicable) of Coretta Coaching & Consultancy as long as the company or online platform exists to optimise Your Experience and Benefits.

Please note that free programmes, events or workshops are not eligible for refunds or anything else outside of what is advertised for that particular event or workshop. To ensure a positive experience for all participants, we expect your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Coretta Coaching & Consultancy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programmes, whether live, recorded, social media-based, or digital, without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if you Engage in disruptive, abusive, or difficult behaviour; Fail to comply with programme guidelines; or Interfere with the participation of our instructors or other programme participants.

Terms of Sale:

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge the following: The nature of the programme is digital and immediately accessible. As substantial costs are associated with onboarding new clients regarding team and resources, all programme sales are final and non-refundable. Cooling-off periods of 14 days are not applicable. Changing your mind or altering the direction you wish to pursue also does not qualify for a refund. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Payment is due when placing your order, either by credit or debit card or through bank transfer if necessary. This process will be handled via a Zoom or telephone call with one of our advisors. All products are digital and do not include delivery charges. The minimum length of our contract with you is 6 weeks, but it can be extended further with mutual agreement. To cancel any rolling contract beyond that time, please email

Our money-back guarantee policy is as follows:

You are eligible for a refund of the course fees paid to you only if you consistently complete and execute all action items from all modules in the training programme. You must upload the completed worksheets via Google Drive and share them with Coretta Hine via

. Upon request for a refund (sending them before the request is not necessary). Additionally, you must demonstrate that you have followed all the advice given and agreed-upon steps to define your goals, aims, and ambitions, consistently creating a detailed plan of action throughout the programme. If you can provide irrefutable evidence that you do not possess a clear vision and understanding of your current position, desired destination, and the steps required to get there, a refund of the course fees paid will be granted within 30 days of the refund request. However, any other expenses incurred by following our instructions, outside of the course fees paid to, are not covered.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to the applicable courts in The United Kingdom, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts there. The Contract is governed by and interpreted under the laws of The United Kingdom.

Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be held liable for any damage, loss, cost, or expense arising from a Force Majeure event. In the event of a Force Majeure event, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing, providing details of the cause and how it will impact performance.
