Any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or representatives of the Company is considered confidential and proprietary. It exclusively belongs to the disclosing Participant or the Company. You will not disclose such information to anyone else or use it for any purpose other than discussing it with other Program participants during Program sessions. All materials and information provided by the Company or other students are their confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belonging solely to the Company or the student. You may only use them as authorised by the Company or student. Reproduction, distribution, or sale of these materials by anyone other than the Company is strictly prohibited and may not be taught or reproduced in any manner. In the event of a violation or likelihood of violating any of these agreements, the Company and/or other Program participants are entitled to seek injunctive relief to prohibit such violations and protect against their harm. You consent that the company may use any videos, comments, emails, and documents you provide to Coretta Coaching & Consultancy for promotional or educational purposes for other students. While you are free to discuss your individual results from our programs and training, you must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all other participants' experiences and oral or written statements.

If you are a client, you are responsible for GDPR requirements and compliance regarding personal information directly provided by you or generated as a result of our services. We will only be responsible for personal information obtained directly and necessary for data collection and analysis, handling it in compliance with GDPR legislation.
